SCPC Submits Pre-Comment Letter on Medicare Part D Pharmacy Contracting Standards
SCPC submitted a pre-comment letter to CMS outlining key long-term care (LTC) pharmacy considerations as the agency prepares its Request for Information on “reasonable and relevant” Medicare Part D pharmacy contracting standards. The letter highlights LTC-specific issues related to reimbursement, network access, contracting practices, audits, beneficiary protections, and other Part D contracting challenges.
