Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition Welcomes New Vice President of Strategy and Government Affairs
Washington, D.C. (June 30, 2025) – The Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition (SCPC), the leading voice for the nation’s long-term care (LTC) pharmacy community, announced today the hiring of Shara Selonick (formerly Shara Siegel) as Vice President of Strategy and Government Affairs. Selonick will work closely with the organization’s leadership and board of directors to drive advocacy and policy initiatives on behalf of the LTC pharmacy sector.
Selonick joins SCPC with an extensive background in government relations and advocacy in the healthcare sector. She previously served as a Public Health Advisor at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and spent more than seven years with Premier Inc., most recently serving as Senior Director of Government Affairs. She has also held roles focused on health services research and stakeholder engagement aimed at informing and shaping public policy.
